Deaf International is a Christian non-profit organization that is dedicated to serving Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities around the world by improving their quality of life and providing opportunities for spiritual growth.

The Deaf are one of the largest unreached cultural groups. While it is true that plenty of organizations in the world can provide aid to Deaf people in different ways, culture and language barriers often arise for these ministries. In fact, many hearing people are completely unaware that Deaf people possess their own culture and language. Instead, they view the Deaf as merely a group of handicapped people and think that there is nothing more to know about the Deaf. No sign, no communication, no understanding of their struggles, no relationships, no sensitivity to the needs of the Deaf, no love, no knowledge of how wrongfully exploited they are, no giving them hope. Deaf people in other countries feel as if they are dust already returned to dust, being trampled upon by painful discrimination catalyzed by the unfortunate ignorance of society. Deaf International is a unique non-profit organization that pursues partnerships with less specialized non-profit organizations to help underprivileged Deaf people by providing volunteers and workers who are thoroughly experienced with Deaf culture and language and equipped to restore hope to Deaf people by building strong relationships with them. In addition, we are able to bring the Word of God to Deaf people in their heart languages. Now that’s not something just any organization can do!
