I have been a licensed therapist since 2008 in both Missouri and Kansas.  After working for 20 years in community mental health, I am excited to be following my passion in therapy.  I specialize in helping those with Anxiety/Panic Disorders, Couples and Marital Counseling, and am LGBTQ+ allied. I am also fluent in ASL and provide counseling for Deaf/Hard of Hearing individuals. I utilized Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Solution-Focused Couples Therapy (SFCT) to help my clients identify how to leverage their strengths in meeting their individual goals.
